Deteksi Polimorfisme Gen Mitokondria 16S Ikan Glodok (Periophthalmus argentilineatus Valenciennes, 1837) Dari Muara Tekolok, Lombok Timur, Nusa Tenggara Barat

Muara Tekolok, Lombok Timur, Nusa Tenggara Barat merupakan salah satu muara dengan biodiversitas ikan tinggi dan jenis yang banyak ditemukan adalah glodok ( Periophthalmus argentilineatus ). Namun demikian, penelitian mengenai karakterisasi genetik dari Tekolok menggunakan gen mitokondria 16S sebagai penanda molekuler belum pernah dilakukan. Oleh karena itu, ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis variasi 9 sampel Valenciennes, 1837) berdasarkan . Metode digunakan pada metode PCR thermal cycler primer universal 16Sar 16Sbr. Data diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis program GeneStudio, DNASTAR, BLAST, Mesquite, MEGAX, DNAsp, NETWORK. Hasil analisis intrapopulasi menunjukkan bahwa diteliti terdeteksi 3 haplotype 2 situs polimorfik tanpa parsimony informative site juga nilai keragaman haplotipe yaitu 0,417 ± 0,191 nukleotida 0,00079± 0,00039 serta jarak antara 0%-0,355% rata-rata 0,079%. adanya polimorfisme level mengindikasikan Tekolok.
